I am never sure when purchasing an unknown eyeliner however Westmore Wing Effects has been a huge success! It goes on easily, the nib never 'dry' so the coverage is consistent; and it stays on until I take it off. I've had great success with Westmore products- you can chalk this up to another fabulous product on their catalogue
I like this product. Not a big difference from others tbh, and the lid of the pen seems loose enough that it might fall off in my makeup bag but I just purchased so I will have to see, but overall it was worth the price imo.

To me Black eyeliner is better than brown, especially if it gives a thin line upon application. This liquid liner is easy to apply and gives a perfect complete thin line without a mess. I apply it over any eyes shadow and it still works. The color stays all day and the color doesn't fade. My old eyes look beautiful.
