This is the most stay-put, long-wear eyeliner I've ever used. Almost to a fault as I spend a long time removing. Really does what it says. I have hooded lids and it NEVER transfers.

I love the Lasting Effects Soft Glide Eyeliner pencil in dark blue on my hazel, green and gold eyes. It goes on without tugging and stays on until I take it off. I am fair, so black eyeliner can be too harsh. I also love the light beige pencils as concealer on small facial discolorations.

This eyeliner came as a freebie with purchase. Wow, it is awesome! It goes on smoothly and evenly and is the most highly pigmented eyeliner I have ever used. So much so, that as a woman in her middle years, I felt the black was too dark for me, so I gave it to my daughter. If you are looking for an eyeliner that will really help your eyes stand out, this is perfect!

Color is highly pigmented. Glided on very easily and I have clumsy hands! Can smudge for dramatic look or a thin line for every day. It stays all day and comes off nicely with make up remover. I love it, but I need the correct sharpener to keep tip very precise. One of the best pencils I’ve tried.

So glad I decided to try Westmore's eyeliner! It glides on smoothly and is richly pigmented. It also stays put and does not smudge under my eyes. I love the available colors , but with hazel eyes I would love an aubergine or plum option. I also feel it a good value for the pencil. My previous eyeliner had very little product in a twist out tube, this pencil will last twice as long for the same price.

I like it very much with its rich black color and it seems to last all day but I do wish it had come with a sharpener because the point dulls very quickly as the pencil is on the softer side. After just a few uses I already need to sharpen and now must run out to buy a sharpener for it👎 Otherwise I’m satisfied.

I liked the texture of the eyeyliner pencil. It glided on easy and stays on all day, even in heat and humidty. However, it is the hardest wood on the pencil and I had a difficult time sharpening it. With that being said, I would buy it again.

I love the eyeliner it last long. However, I did not like the body coverage. I followed. The instructions waited at 10 minutes dusted off anything that was excess and It was still very messy. The color was too light for me and it transferred onto my wardrobe.

I really like though when I had to sharpen it I had trouble the pencil had then broke off the inside liner, I then had to turn harder with the sharpener and I didn't get a good tip. Do you have special shapener's that go with the pencil???

I had high expectations that this would last. However, if I test on my arm, after it sets, it does test well for water-proof, and -proof.

I only use pencil eyeliners because I find them to be extremely versatile, and this soft-glide eyeliner is no exception. I got the brown shade and it's perfect. I love a dark brown that I can wear in the daytime without it looking too dark, and it's still pigmented enough for nighttime when I want a deeper, smudged look. From the start, the pigment is intense. It only took one stroke to get a rich, jet-black line. . . no need to go over it again and again. The gel formula glides on effortlessly. . . no tugging at my eyelid, no skipping or uneven patches. It felt smooth, creamy, and comfortable the entire time I wore it. What really impressed me was the precision. The sharp tip technology made it so easy to get a clean, defined wing, even in the inner corner. Whether I wanted a subtle tightline or a dramatic cat-eye, it performed beautifully. As for the wear, this liner does not budge. PIGMENTED, glides like butter, opaque, it will NOT budge. It could be raining, you could be balling your eyes out, and without an oil base water proof remover, IT'S NOT COMING OFF. This is definitely worth the money and I cant wait to try other shades.
