I have ordered 60 Second Lash Effects numerous times, and find that it makes my stubby eyelashes long without caking. It dries immediately and does not get on your eyelids as some products do. It is my favorite mascara, and I would not be without it!
I love this mascara. The brush is super thin, making it great for lower lashes as well. I used to use the Thrive mascara because I have very sparse and short lashes, but I will stick with this Westmore mascara moving forward. It gives great length and actually curls my lashes, a claim many mascaras make but this one actually delivers. Love it!
My favorite thing about this mascara is the wand. I have very sparse lashes and this wand gets to all of them and the mascara makes show up! There’s a teeny bit of flaking but that’s only after eight or more hours of wear. I love it!
Love, love, love! Wanted mascara that looked natural, and this meets that criteria. Nice that it has a product that enhances eyelash growth over time. The wand lets you paint lashes one at a time for excellent control. No clumping!

I really like the 60-second lash effects as it separates and coats my lashes without leaving any thick heavy coating hanging on them and pulling several lashes together. It makes my lashes noticeable and beautiful without looking fake or rubbing off on my skin if I rub my eye.
The best mascara for me! I have short blonde lashes. Long, thin short bristle brush, no clumps, separates each lash cleanly, doesn’t flake off, easy to remove and the lashes stay soft so that I can add additional coats if necessary nicely! Very happy with this purchase 😀👍
Oh, how happy I am that I purchased this mascara. Not only is it lasting but I absolutely love the thin brush. I honestly did not think that I would like the brush and would wind up giving the product to my daughter; however, it is the “only” mascara that I have ever used that I can easily color my lower lashes without getting it all over my face. The very best mascara I have ever used. The thin brush allows formmore mascara on your lashes, while giving you better control brushing the mascara onto your lashes. The thick brushes are less controllable. I truly love this mascara.
